As an educator, your to-do list is never-ending, and it can feel impossible to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing during the school year. This workshop will give you a foundational understanding of what self-care actually is and how you can incorporate small practices in your day-to-day life to increase your wellbeing. You’ll have time to reflect on your current wellbeing routine, create sustainable self care practices, and learn from the experts around you–your fellow educators.
